All leaders attend Fast Start training to help them get started. This is followed by Basic Leader training and Youth Protection training. Optional training opportunities include: monthly round tables, annual Certifications (BALOO, POWWOW, & OWL), written materials  ("Program Helps" & "How to" books), and online links such as the ones below.
