Leader Training
Article 5
- All Adult Leaders must be trained in their
registered position. Cub Scout Basic Leader Training must be completed within
six (6) months for all Committee Members and Den Leaders. Youth Protection
Training and Fast-Start Training must be completed within three (3) months.
- All
leaders must help to transition their duties as soon as they know of their
departure. Since the Pack has no permanent members and almost all leaders
leave went their kids obtain the Webelos Rank. The Transition must be done
during their Kids Webelos II year.
Den Leadership
Article
6
- Attend all Leaders’ meetings and Den Leader
sessions.
- Encourage all members of Den to advance in rank.
- Insure confidentiality of individual Scout test
scores recorded when completing rank/activity requirements.
- Establish and maintain
good relations with parents. Keep accurate records of all Den advancements
reports.

Properly store and maintain all Pack and Den materials and property and
return to the Pack when leaving position.

Know the purpose of Scouting.
